Many customers appreciate the convenience of ordering and picking up groceries, avoiding pushing a cart in the store, and find the staff to be friendly. However, some negative experiences are noted. The store can have too few checkout aisles open, creating difficulty, especially for handicapped shoppers. The availability and charge of handicap carts is sometimes unreliable. Shelves were stocked, employees were smiling and kind. Only issue was a double scan thay the cashier didn't catch. Luckily I heard and seen it appear on the screen. He was kind about removing it right away.
