Treat their employees that have been there a long tome very poorly. They need to appreciate what the older ones do for them and stop pushing like they were newbies. No respect for there own so how can they be a good store. Think about it. I know everyone there andbthe kisses standing around are making the same money as the older ones that have been there for 15 years. Kinda upsets me and I won't ask anyone but the gals that have been there the longest for help. Anyone else grabs their phone to see and then is still lost. No thanks I'll ask som3ine who knows. Or help myself and yalls web site is messed up. It shouldn't say 0lainwel store on a product unless ya gave it in stock. It oisses me right iff. Wasted many trips there because of the online bullshit.”

“I go to TSC about every week. Deanna is the manager that I really enjoy. She is really helpful. She is more than willing to do whatever it takes to get what I need to take care of my livestock. I am so amazed at her muscles as she has had to carry many of a heavy bag for me. She has found me phone numbers when I needed them to help me get things done and has just been a helpful sympathetic ear when I’ve needed it. She is more than just a store manager, she is a caring wonderful person. If you have needs for your farm dogs, cats or other animals, she will make it happen. She goes the extra mile for you and helps you even get your purchase out the door when you may not be able to do so. She also has trained her new people to follow in her footsteps and it is beginning to show. I highly recommend the Plainwell TSC for your Animal and Farm needs.”
