“Jae and Jody are amazing!!! I came in for a tour and left feeling like family. Even if I don't move to Redwood Canton, I feel like I have gained two friends. The Canton community feels like home and the apartment homes are very nice and spacious. I like a different floor plan and that would be the only reason I don't move to this neighborhood. I wish Redwood offered similar floor plans at all locations because I really liked the Canton area and love Jae and Jody.”
“It’s a great place to live, I have been here for a little over a year. The heat, water, AC works just fine in my apartment. I’ve NEVER seen any bugs in my apartment either. It’s easy to maintain as well.

“Maintenance Issue was addressed and resolved quickly. Didn’t appreciate the fact he seemed to be rushing and carelessly left screws on my carpet that if not seen I could’ve stepped on resulting in a horrible injury. So that knocked a star ⭐️ off.”
“I work for a pest control company that services metro point and Kimmy is the best! She’s always prepared with all the units that need to be serviced and has the keys ready. She’s very outgoing, knowledgeable and I always enjoy my time working with her! Wouldn’t want to work with any other office manager.”
“They helped us get financed to buy our home even with questionable credit. Besides a couple of small let downs like it was supposed to come with a washer and dryer and it did not. Fridge died after 3 months but they helped us get a used replacement. So far everything else has been really good. Not a bad place to live. Clean, well take n care of.”

“I have lived here at Hines for well over a year, and it was the best choice I could have made. The apartments are very affordable, well structured, and very easy to personally maintain. Complimented with neighbors who are very respectful and comfortable to be in community with. This complex (especially the staff within the leasing office, and who maintain the buildings) has been nothing but helpful and accommodating to me ever since residing here. With this being my first apartment I was admittedly naive to a lot of things in regards to living in one, but any questions or concerns I have ever had were answered earnestly and honestly (and I usually have a lot of them). Even with new faces over the months they have only proved to be a welcome edition. Just a few weeks ago Faye out front helped me to figure out how I should go about the new year within the complex, and couldn’t have been more of a help. I can’t thank everyone at Hines enough, but I also cannot recommend a more quality place to live.”
“Annette was amazing to work with she did everything she could to get us approved before we move in. While we lived at Park west for two years, it was an absolute to work with her. The whole staff has been a pleasure to work with from the maintenance guy to the front office. We couldn’t have been more happy with The treatment we got. “My smoke detector was chirping. I tried to change the battery but I couldn’t put the new battery in. This was at around 8pm. I was reluctant to call the after hours service because I knew it wasn’t an emergency. But it would have been chirping all night. I called emergency maintenance and Curtis came with no problem. To find out the unit itself was bad. Thank you Curtis!”
“I've been a resident of Summit Creek for many years. The community is very quiet and peaceful and the property is well maintained. The leasing office staff is great - Sue is very pleasant and always helpful whenever I talk to her, as is the leasing manager Angie, she's the best - great at her job and very attentive to the needs of the residents. The maintenance staff is professional and they have always responded in a very timely manner to any requests and pay great attention to detail.
It's in a great location, and I love that I can have condo-style living without having to deal with maintaining a home on my own. If you're looking for a great place to live, look no further!”

“I moved here back in 2021 if I remember correctly. As a Veteran who came out of service in 2021, I was looking for something that was quiet and peaceful. Meadowood Townhomes gave me that. It was also a great experience when they made it easy for me to apply here as well.
They're consistently working on improving their community over time which is always nice to see. The only complaint I have are the condense parking lots.”
“I love my place for many reasons. location and near family and friends. It's quiet and peaceful. My concern and frustration comes with how long it's takes to follow up with repairs. Sometimes I have to keep following up and if down it might not get down. For most repairs when maintenance come they always do good job. It's not their fault. I think they don't have enough maintenance people.”
“Singh Management does a great job!! We work with Monae Rinaldi often and she is professional, timely, and on top of things. She is always available, and follows through on her commitments. She often catches potential problems before they become an issue and fixes them before they are even known to us. Being a relocation company ourselves, knowing we can count on her and the staff at any Singh community makes it really smooth and simple to work with them while housing our clients. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”

Taylor and the team in the leasing office were incredible throughout the whole leasing process, from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure our move-in went smoothly and were always quick to respond. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but Taylor and the team made this as easy as possible. This is by far the best leasing experience and customer service I’ve seen in renting places!

“I have been here a few months and overall have good things to say about the complex. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Apartments are well soundproofed and I have never heard my neighbors (granted I chose a top floor unit so nobody would be walking overhead). The leasing staff are helpful and repairs are completed quickly. The grounds are fairly well maintained and clean. The location is nice and a reasonably short walk from downtown Plymouth and a short drive from just about anything you might need. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests.My main issue is something that the apartment complex has no control over but should be considered when looking at this place... there are train tracks nearby and CONSTANT train horns can be heard at all hours of the day and night, loud enough to wake you up (even with windows closed). The units are also priced aggressively high but not completely unreasonable for the amenities, market, and location. The gym has limited equipment and there is no pool.”
