“I needed a rental car while my car was in the shop. All they had was a Jeep Wagoneer. That's a huge vehicle, and I'm a small person. They said to call on Friday since they had cars coming back. I did, and they had something more suitable for me. I took the tank back, and they exchanged it for a midsized SUV. I was most appreciative.”
