“Adding an additional review based on experience on 20th Nov 2023Yes I had a Pathetic customer experience at Novi HLEPresidential circle member by an old lady for denying the service on 11th Nov 2023 for which I would request Hertz to train people in Novi HLE location (except Mark - Location manager) am Hertz user since last 7-8months continuouslyI did also convince myself sensing that on 11th nov the old lady (Hertz employee at NOVI HLE) was in hurry to finish the day but was unhappy the current list of schedule appointments were pushing her work beyond closing time and hence she would have been rude to meI hope this doesn’t happen again in futureAs lady Denied service on 11th Nov 203, I had to come back again on Nov 13th 2023. I had a return of hertz car and pickup of another car for new reservation on my nameI left my bag with all personal documents ( passport etc)in the car returned on 13th Nov and only realized that after a week on 20th NovI did go back to Hertz Novi HLE today(20th Nov) to see if an employee would have safely secured, if they found it during cleaning of returned carMark, who is always welcoming with customers at Novi HLE did handover the bag.I would like to highlight the HERTZ management to place my sincere THANK YOU and appreciate MARK for returning valuable bag backTHANK YOU again MarkIncreasing review stars to 4 just because of MARK( as always he is supportive , welcoming to customer and he is only one person who is fast in addressing the customer)My heartfelt thank you to MARKHope to see good service from others as well alike from MARK at NOVI HLE”

“I have been using Enterprise for years. The #1 reason for choosing Enterprise is their pick-up and drop-off services. My experience has always been nothing less than excellent, including the vehicle, rates, and customer service. They even bend the rules slightly when I live a mile outside their “pick-up” radius. (I tip the driver). I live in the states but am traveling in Denmark now snd smiled when I saw the name “Enterprise” on billboards for car rentals. Thank you, Enterprise, for years of excellence.”

“I was dropped off an hour earlier and expected to wait for my car. Staff processed my electronic paperwork and I was off in my rental car in 20 minutes. Great upgraded full sized car too. Very gas efficient. When I returned the car, staff was friendly and quick to check it out. Great car for a couple of days and great experience. Btw, I took pictures of the car before and after.. just in case an issue came up. No problems though. I have rented from this location before and they are 4/4 great.”

“Recently I rented Budget rental car from O'Hare airport, charged $ for full tank gas even though I opted out. Front desk clerk here found that issue when I returned the car, removed the charge from my bill. Beware if you rent Budget/Avis from Airports.”

“1st I want to be clear I've rented from this Avis before and I'd recommend going here over the airport any day. However, my issue is Avis. They encourage you to Prepay to lock in rate and vehicle which I did. Yet, had something come up returned a day early and I mentioned this at the location I was told to contact Avis. Next day I did and guess what Avis has a no refund policy. So I'm never pre-paying again. I was told by rep on phone they have a "No Refund" policy. So you prepay. Something can happen and you just out that charge.”

“When my car's brakes started making bad noises, I knew it was time to let the dealer fix it. My shade-tree mechanical fix from last summer came back to haunt me as my right rear brake caliper, rotor & disc pad were shot. Since most dealers don't have a rental pool of cars, the only thing to do was contact Enterprise. They rented me a nearly new Kia Sportage after picking me up at the dealer. When my car was fixed, they dropped me off at the dealer & was on my way. Over the years, I've rented from all of the big-name auto rental companies. Most of them try to tack on hidden charges, but not Enterprise. Easy to work with!”
