Colonial Collision is a business that performs impressive and incredible work on vehicles, with customers stating their cars looked brand new afterward. They handle repairs from minor accidents to major collisions, replacing parts like bumpers and doors and ensuring correct OEM paint and parts are used. Their work is described as great, with paint that blends nicely. While some customers experienced long waits for parts and less ideal communication during that time, the repair work itself is completed quickly and well once parts arrive. The staff are consistently noted as being very kind, helpful, and quick. They are also helpful with insurance companies and go above and beyond, such as recovering sentimental items from damaged vehicles. Many customers are highly impressed and would definitely recommend Colonial Collision to family and friends.
