Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was rude and never proactively contacted me to let me know what was holding up my repair, or when something came up, even after I complained. Had my vehicle for 4 months and then tried to pass it off to Midas. They told Midas they could complete the work. It's been 5 1/2 months and the work is still incomplete. currently the hood and drivers door which need to repair are both not aligned properly. The vehicle was covered in dust inside and out. They are a collision shop who obviously never test drove the vehicle nor identified some of the major issues yet had my vehicle forever. I never once had an apology, just excuse after excuse and attitude. I would give them a 1/4 star if that was available.

Easily the worst experience I have ever had. They had my car for 4 1/2 months and didn't complete all repairs before they pushed it off to another company without my authorization. The communication was non existent. Even after I complained about the lack of communication, nothing changed. Their attitudes were terrible. Never even apologized for the nightmare this experience was. When I went back a week after getting my car to get paperwork, the office woman went on a tirade about how she was sick of getting chewed out for stuff she couldn't control. It has been 4 1/2 months and my vehicle is still not home. I did get it back and took it somewhere else. I don't understand how a collision shop can't seem to check the frame and trouble shoot the drivability after a pretty severe accident. They don't deserve to be in business. I would give them a 1/4 star if it was an option.

I can't recommend Colonial Collision enough. The side of my car was swiped when someone merged into my lane without looking, and the entirety of the driver's side panel was damaged. But Colonial Collision, and especially Sam, performed incredible work, and it looks brand new. They were kind, quick, and helpful, and I am impressed by their talent. Thank you.

My husband's car was recently totaled in a rear-end collision. The people here were very kind and helpful with everything. They even dug through the smashed trunk to find some sentimental items for us.

The woman that works in the office -“Judy” is extremely rude. Every question I had was met with a sarcastic, flippant response.“I don’t know”“maybe”“hopefully”“ could be a day could be a week could be a month”“ you’re not the only one with a rental car and a job”I literally had to ask why she had such a horrible attitude when I was paying their company to do work on my car?The work itself seems to have been performed OK (1 day later than i was told) although no one ever got back to me, I always had to call or email or inquire to get any information.I chose Colonial Collision because they are a small local business and I had used them once many years ago.However, it seems they are no longer a good old small-town American business, and it shows!I strongly recommend you go elsewhere unless you enjoy being treated poorly and disrespected.Service: Body & Trim

Do not give these incompetent buffoons your business. You will either wait forever with no updates, or get an improperly repaired vehicle.-No after-hours key drop.-Surly office manager who plays victim and is always ready with an excuse why the customer is incorrect.-Incompetent office manager & owner.-Car returned with a coating of dust on all interior surfaces.-Was never called when parts arrived.-Was not able to navigate insurance.-Was not able to navigate correct billing.-Entire repair process took 7 months to replace 2 doors.-Communication in general is non-existent.Services: Painting

If I could give less than 1 star I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I had some repairs that needed to be done on my car and called them in January to make an appointment. They let me know that they were booked until a month later. I confirm the appointment in January and show up on the day of my appointment to only be told that they cancelled my appointment and DIDN'T NOTIFY ME! I'm not sure if that's how you want your appointments to be handled, but I definitely dont. They told me they had called my number a week prior to confirm the appointment and did not get an answer nor a voicemail and didn't try calling again. I received no missed call or voicemail so they clearly called the wrong number and didn't attempt to call back, they just cancelled the appointment without a notification! I took the day off of work to do this only to be told that my appointment was cancelled and I can make another apointment for a month later. This is 2 months after I had originally called. Extremely dissappointed in how they do business and how inconsiderate they are of other peoples time.
