She was exceptional. In a very short amount of time she explained the procedures necessary for approval. She identified the paperwork needed to verify my current investment balances and annual income, etc. She kept me informed as to the status of my application and always promptly responded to my phone and email inquiries. Further, she continued to contact
my real estate agent to make certain there were no delays by her in expediting the
