“The employee that took my order was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was submitting all the details of my order on her computer and read it back to me. I don’t know if this was a problem but when I went to the funeral home it wasn’t as I described it. I wanted fall color flowers but also some white in it. I thought they didn’t arrive because there wasn’t any bouquets with that description. My bouquet was all white. It was beautiful and very expensive looking but I kinda wish they were what I asked for.”

“Have ordered a few times from FTD online and was disappointed 50% of the time. It was a lesser decorated, smaller arrangement than what I paid for so I had a lot of mistrust. I researched and My Lady’s Florist had a high recommendation so drove there in person showed them the three arrangements I was thinking about and what I liked about each one and we created my flower arrangement for my best friend who just lost her husband. They will NOW be my go to for all my flower needs and am telling everyone I know about them too!”
