“I was looking for an outfit for a Diwali party. I found a great dress but also had an enjoyable visit and gained a lot of knowledge about appropriate clothes for Diwali and the upcoming wedding I'm invited to. Patient and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of styles, colors, and sizes (surprising for such a tiny shop). A few days later I brought in my very dubious husband; he found several outfits he liked (and bought two!). Good prices (as far as I can tell from comparisons online) and they do alterations! What's not to like?”

“I needed a suit jacket tailored at the last minute...and I mean last minute. I had two days until an event and the staff at Sam Michael's was wonderful. Before I even brought the jacket in, they were quick to respond to my queries and request on Yelp. It's a family-owned business, and you can tell that they take their craft very seriously. The jacket was perfectly tailored and handled with care, and the turnover was amazingly fast. They were kind, quick, and so helpful. Beyond their tailoring services, they have lots of beautiful menswear you can purchase right in the store. I highly recommend this business and am grateful for their work!”

“I cannot adequately express how impressed I was with the customer service I received at your Novi store! I was in a serious time crunch, and I needed a sports coat and slacks for my Uncle's funeral the next day. The young lady that assisted me on Monday, December 11th, was a miracle worker! She was very patient with me, and found me an excellent black sports coat that I could wear, right off the rack, and sent me to the equally-awesome Mr. Bazzi's shop, to put a quick hem in the pants! I was in-and-out of DXL in less than an hour, and home before my dinner got cold! “This has become favorite Kohl store on the NW side of Metro Detroit. Much larger section for women's clothing and good size home goods. Lots of parking and you can find someone to help you if needed. While it is located in a very busy area, if you take 12 Mile, you can avoid most of the back up traffic. Since it is larger, but not as large as the one near Southland Mall which is 2 story, it can carry more items and have 2 sets of registers going so you don't have to wait so long. I do enjoy their sales and 30% off coupon, but returning Amazon stuff also gets me out here. Snicky I think. Helping out Amazon while creating more foot traffic that end up shopping since you have to go to the back of the store for the return.”

“Great store with really unique products!!! They have super cool licensed apparel and products that are super popular like Totoro, Disney, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, and Anime shows. They have lots of things like clothes, backpacks, mugs, notebooks, and stuffed animals. “Second time I've been here.. as neat as the car were. It was the people I got to talk with that were the high light for me.. there was Bill that I met in there, and he was really a pleasure to talk to.. we were just chatting and some of the things he told me gave character to the cars. That was better than the cars. It gave the cars a soul rather than just metal. Susan's mechanic was in there working on a few things.. it was great to hear him talk about some of the work he'd done on some of the cars because it made the cars real. I'm a mechanic, and it made the cars easier to see for the craftsmanship he'd put into them. The lady at the register told me about a few of her days ..she was a delight.”

“I enjoyed this Hot Topic and it had so much Demon Slayer merchandise from hats, shirts to socks. This store had so many Demon Slayer shirts, and they were all cool! And there was a Shenitsu zipped up hoodie that was so cool. I'd highly recommend checking out this store especially if you're a manga or anime fan.”

I tried the usual suspects, kohl's, Macy's, target,old navy, etc. Walked in here on a whim. A nice young guy (wish I remembered his name) helped me out immediately and found what I needed within a minute or 2.”
