“Birch Wood went above & beyond to help my high school son find the specific gift he wanted for his girlfriend. In the window they displayed what he wanted but in a different color. They talked to him about what he was looking for, understood how important it was for him, and although they did not have it in stock at the time he was there – took our phone number & called us when they did. And when he went back to buy it, made sure he had a pretty gift bag. He was nervous about visiting a women’s boutique, but they made it a great experience. He wanted me to thank Birch Wood for helping him become someone who can give really good gifts.”
