“HUGE shoutout and love to Amanda here. Came with a window issue on my new 2026 car, no dealerships open because it was late after work. Window would barely roll up and I am clueless when it comes to vehicles, plus the 10 degree weather makes everything more difficult. I went inside to ask for help or advice and after listing some possible issues, Amanda decided to put on her jacket and come outside to help me try to pull it up to at least save me for the night. She not only quickly diagnosed the issue (window has fallen off the track lift), but she helped me get it up and closed slowly but surely with brute force. Throughout the entire process, Amanda was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Truly thankful for her as I was stressing out big time.”

“I realized Monday morning my windshield had a chip and was cracked. Friday when I Parked it in a locked secured parking lot it was fine, but we had a lot of snow and a snow removal company which spreads salt. Thankfully my daughter called Rush to schedule and Appointment on Tuesday, Brought the car in at 9:30 a.m. to leave it with them during the day.I received a call at 5:15 from Breona that I could pick the car up at 5:45 p.m as promised.
