From the time I picked up to the car to the day I returned my rental experience was smooth. If your car is cut off… 9/10 it’s due to non payment. Yes they have someone in the office with a “heavy” accent, but he’s not from America so what do you expect? Nyan (?) was nothing but helpful from the first day I called, truly a sweetheart.
PAY ON TIME. If you can’t, COMMUNICATE!! This is a company who has clearly been burned in the past and does NOT play about their vehicles being out on the road with an active balance!!
I can’t speak for others, but realistically who’s expecting a deposit back from a car they’re driving daily(putting heavy wear and tear on the car from ride share, not returned on a full tank/you’re clearly smoking in the cars/they’re dirty upon return? Come on now ? even Enterprise doesn’t play that. I forfeited my deposit so I could keep the car an extra day until I picked up my new car, win-win if you ask me. This company isn’t something you’re gonna find out there often, so I recommend you don’t burn that bridge.

“Had a very nice team member pick me up from collision shop and took me to Hertz. She was able to upgrade me and when she went to check out the car she found it was dirty. She herself immediately got to cleaning it! I let her know I was on a time crunch for an appointment and she made sure to have it done in time for me to make my meeting!! This is why I go to Hertz! Fab job by her!!”

“First time buying my second used car here on Aug 17, 2026 (my first used car broke down after 10+ years, which was a family owned one), and I was skeptical about financing because I have adverse credit history for being in debt collections within the past two years. I originally came in with less than $2,000 in cash to buy something around that value (I figured that much money was not going to buy me a whole lot). However, Nick, the owner, was confident that I would get approved for any car on the lot even with the adverse credit - to which I did get approved. So, I found one worth about $9,000 and works well. There were other ones for less than $2,000 but they obviously did not work as well (they are called “mechanic’s special” for needing major repairs). I am happier than expected to finally owning a newer used car with the help of Nick’s ability to get me approved :)”
