The merchandise is competitively priced, considered reasonable though expensive. The staff is generally helpful, friendly, and kind, though service can sometimes feel rushed. The store is always clean. If an item is not in stock, they will order it. Their policy is no refunds, only exchanges. It is a recommended and fantastic beauty supply for many.

Kn beauty wig prices has gone up. Clothes are too expensive. Wigs offend sold out in my color and I was offered mannequin wig 10% or 20% off, what a joke. I'm looking for another beauty supply store. Customer assistance never smile or greet customers
