I wanted to edit this review because one I typed and misspelled a word and two because I want to further say,these guys are genuinely nice human beings...truly I've been in there at least 500 times for Amazon returns...not once have any of them been in a bad mood,they have never lost a package.they help people with stuff that isn't even related to shipping and receiving.if the other companies had employees like the guys at this store....they would never have a bad review.i never dred coming in there and even when my day is awful I always leave there feeling better because of how positive the energy is in that place...I really hope this gets forwarded to corporate so they can reward these guys for their hard work and excellent customer service”

“The person that I was starting to work with to get 125 handouts made for my wedding ceremony became nonresponsive last minute, and I had to look for someone, anyone, that could get my wedding handouts made in a hurry.I was getting married in 48 hours, had no handouts, and began to panic. I called the nearest printing shop, PDQ Printing in Royal Oak. Marge (the owner, I believe) and Steve helped me by taking on the job last minute, and getting the layout and printing done by the end of that day. I called them on a Thursday, they had the job done by 5pm that day, I picked the handouts up on Friday, and got married on Saturday.The handouts looked better than I ever expected. Marge assured me that I need not worry, that they'd get them done on time...and they sure did! Their website says they're "enthusiastic about our work. We hope to earn your business in all we do." Well they certainly have! I highly recommend this firm for all of your printing needs. They do great work, and are also the nicest people to work with!Thank you Marge, Steve, and PDQ Printing!
