I’ve been in this store probably 25-30 times. Every time has been nothing but top notch customer service. The staff is always extremely helpful and I just felt compelled to make sure they get some recognition. The best UPS store I’ve been to, hands down.

The UPS store on 5119 Highland Road in Waterford MI., is staffed with the most helpful, knowledgeable and nice employees. I return a lot of items that don’t work or fit and I rarely have to wait, most of the time I walk right up to the counter and are taken care of. They are fast, friendly and fantastic!
