“I ordered custom tags for a graduation party and at first they weren't exactly as I would like so ai talked to the ladies there to make some changes. The owner called me and met with me in person to be sure they got it EXACTLY as I wanted. He gave me 100% care and attention. I have since gone back for Baby shower favors I wanted printed with my custom painting on them. They are beautiful! The owner is very professional and gets the job done right! I highly recommend Minutemen Press in Clawson!”

“I've been using this location for well over three years. Everyone I've interacted with at the front counter is nice, answers all my questions and provides receipts for drop offs when the self-service kiosk is out of paper. I use the kiosk to scan prepaid package labels and leave my scanned boxes at the front desk. They do have a prepaid package bin, but if your boxes are larger, it's best to leave them at the shipping station desk to avoid filling up the bin prematurely. I use this location weekly and will continue to do so.”

“Shout out to the team in FedEx in Auburn Hills: Eva, Desia and Mr . Billy. They worked on my project and it was done as promised ( 2 hrs) . I drove to this location because the UPS store White Lake couldn't fulfill my request in the time I needed it. Next stop was the FedEx in White lake. And the manager recommended that I go to the Auburn Hills location because its a bigger . ( Since his is a smaller branch , my project would have been a send out) FedEx printed 250 save the date cards on 3x 5 business cards. Thank you!”
“Ever have "one of those day" where everything goes wrong? I was running errands and hitting snags at every stop. My last stop was at FedEx. According to Levi's, the jeans I was returning required nothing but a quick scan. Yet, when I arrived TERESE, the polite associate said the return required the poly bag they were shipped in. I could buy a poly bag, but the Levi's return was free and I only lived a mile away, so I told the associate I would go home and retrieve it. She apologized and I proceeded to leave the store. As I was about to exit the store, she caught me and said I didn't need a poly bag after all! (As soon as I left, she looked into the matter and discovered the instructions I got from Levi's were correct) FedEx, you have a stellar associate in TERESE. I hope she is recognized for her OUTSTANDING customer service!”
“I needed a workbook binding cut and spiral bound. I had to come to this location because another location could/would not do it. Levi was great.
Minus 1 star bc they've started a $2.50 surcharge/tip for any counter order.”

I have never had good experience at the other locations like the one at this location. I have had very tough behaviors at various FedEx service centers but this one is good
