“It sucks when you go to Best Buy and you know more than the people trying to sell you the item you want. But when they are straight up liars, it’s a lot worse.
I needed a laptop. Not a gaming one, or a Chromebook, just a mid grade(upgradable) laptop. Was immediately taken directly to gaming systems, and told the one I wanted wasn’t upgradable. The one I wanted IS upgradable(I researched it beforehand).
I give 4 stars because I left with what I wanted, but it took some “shaking up” to get it.”

“The last 2 days of Rona shopping have been amazing.I approached the cashier and her name is Courtney and I explained I was looking for another employee whose name I couldn't remember who worked outside and she mentioned and pointed to the employee and his name is Tom.Thank you very much for my shopping experience.I always enjoy my time at rona and this evening Courtney and Tom made my experience awesome and aging for buying the mulch I needed for my backyard.My backyard project is almost finished.Thank you to all the staff at rona because last night I picked up mulch and soil I think the guys name is ishnan amd another guy helped me put the soil amd mulch into my car amd wete very positive employees at rona!!See you all soon and I'll be updating once I catch the names of all the employees I always ask help. There is a really friendly cashier with blonde hair and she was staff when the store was lowes at the time.Anyways big shoutout to all the staff at Rona!! Yall are awesome amd amazing!!”
