Yesterday I went in to remove a tablet from my account. I was so frustrated with customer service on the phone. I was ready to cancel metro period. Mike was there and he took right over and handled it all for me. He's amazing! The area guy is pretty amazing as well! Thank you Mike I really appreciate you!!
