“I leave this review STRICTLY BECAUSE the girl at my local metro pcs Tonya Hernandez always comes to solve ALLLLLLLL OF thee problems that the customer service (611)reps that are supposed to be available via phone ALLLLLWAYS fail to be provide bare min assistance I spent 4 hours on the phone with ppl who are supposed to be available and trained to help me. I wait for this girl to get to work she solves it with in 10 mins. Y’all should prolly get with her for basic training cus this is the forth time I woulda cancelled had yall not had this sweetheart on back up!!”
