“Hertz has been one of my top rental car choices over the years and I have no complaints. I did have an issue recently, however, they took the time to make it right and that goes a long way- good customer service. I recommend the Toyota Camry hybrid for the highway- it’s got some power under the hood and is extremely quiet. No plug-in required as the gasoline engine and regenerative braking system handles charging; The gasoline engine is still the primary power source.
Hertz has a quick & easy return and remains one of my top choices.”
“I stood in line for an half hour to drop my key off for return. They should have a drop of box or sign out to make new customers aware so they do wait in line to drop of our keys when returning their cars. Thank you”
