They worked with my insurance company, picked me up from the auto shop, and made everything ever so easy. Two days later someone called to say that they had a larger car available if I wanted to switch because the weather was due to get bad. Exceptional customer service.”

We were using Hertz and they canceled on us an hour before pick up and we panicked and found this company, the owners were absolutely sweethearts and extremely to the point it made the process so easy! The sprinter van was perfect for our event we needed it for and returning it was super simple. We definitely will be using them again next year when we are back for this event! “Adrian checked me in on 10/22/25 at 8am. He was friendly and smiling, which is sometimes too rare these days. It was 8am on a cold and rainy Michigan morning and he went and got my car and pulled it around to the front instead of me searching around in the lot for it.
