Carr Craft Automotive is a family-run business known for its amazing, fast, and reliable service. Customers have been taking their personal and company vehicles there for years, swearing by the honest and trustworthy work. The shop is commended for being prompt and transparent, never adding frivolous or unnecessary maintenance. Communication is clear, and the diagnostic process lessens the burden of worry for clients. Many reviews highlight the fast service, with cars often returned within one to two days, even for significant repairs like brakes or a starter. While the shop can be understaffed at times, leading to potential wait times to get a vehicle in, the work itself is completed efficiently once started.
