Crystal Car Wash offers a convenient location with a large area and free vacuums, making it a good deal despite slightly higher prices for washes. The vacuums are very strong and effective, especially for cleaning car mats. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, particularly mentioning a staff member who provides excellent assistance with the sticker process and customer service. The monthly Silver package is popular among regular customers. However, some feel the washes can leave the car wet, especially with the lower-priced subscriptions, requiring additional hand drying. Reviewers note that the service could improve by paying more attention to areas like the back and tailgate, and ensuring mirrors are realigned after the wash. While the overall quality is considered okay, some believe the focus on upgrades may overshadow customer service, and that the packages sometimes do not deliver on their promises, leading customers to prefer washing their cars at home. Despite minor issues, many find Crystal Car Wash to be a friendly and reliable place to keep their cars clean.
Very reasonable for a monthly membership. The wash does a great job. I have had other memberships before so I can compare pretty well.

Little pricey for the washes themselves but they have a huge area with free vacs, so it's a great deal overall. The vacs are so strong they could suck your soul right out of your body, so they do a good job with the car mats 🤣
