Angelica, in fragrance department made me feel very rushed, today. She rushed me along from one item to the next and was very obviously desperate and hard-up for a sale. She also had a weird, off-putting demeanor. Your fragrance department is very scarce and hardly anything is available! I usually spend quite a bit of money at your store but I won’t be shopping there again.

Cashier told my wife that gift card needed to be activated. Turns out that wasn't the case, just needed to ran as credit. Then somehow could not figure out how to process a discover credit card either. I went home and checked, no hold or anything on the account.

Sad. Please replace that carpet. There are dark stains everywhere giving the impression that the merchandise is dirty.
There were displays that were way too cluttered and busy while other parts of the store looked barren! Macy's used to be a nice department store.
