“I’m so sad there is bad reviews as I just switched here from CVS and I am already so much happier. This pharmacy did in one day what took the other three MONTHS of my yelling and crying to get meds switched over from another pharmacy. (I only had to switch twice because of insurance changes). My first experience with this pharmacy was amazing and they went out of their way to get the meds and more importantly get them covered by our insurance. I literally almost cried again but happy tears this time. I have a large family on many meds and it was a huge relief to get what we needed so quickly. The lady’s that helped me have no idea just how grateful I am that I picked this pharmacy and that I was not treated horrible like at CVS.”

“Our family has received shots and had prescriptions filled here for over 2 years and we have had great service and very few instances where we were not able to get a prescription filled or additional time was needed. Sometimes the drive through does have a decent line, but most often moves through it in a timely fashion. (Also I would rather the pharmacy technicians are taking the time to double check prescriptions instead of moving through the line faster….)”

“Megan and Alecia were able to help me today after another Walgreens on milham would not fulfill our prescription before they closed which was very disappointing considering my sister just got out of surgery and they had 40 minutes, so thank you for their help, very fast filled it in less than 20 min, and still have 15 minutes to spare before the others even closed!. ! Will go here moving fwrd”

“We recently moved here and were not used to having our CVS inside of a store, but rather a free standing store of their own so we were a bit skeptical but have used CVS for our Rx for many years so we gave it a try. This location is wonderful! The staff and polite, kind and helpful and our Rx comes in a timely manner. We are very pleased.”

“Walgreens are usually very efficient considering with as busy as they are. They just need to stand up for the person that had someone cut in front of them because in her mind (customer) two cashiers 2 lines even though it says wait here on one side of the sign on the other it says exit. Myself and another customer tried telling her when she went up to the cashier to check out that I was before her and only 1 line. When I got up to the other cashier I tried explaining to the woman but in her mind no matter what anyone said two cashiers two lines. Her cashier wouldn't tell her only one line. Educate cashiers or make better signs.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy that describes how awesome they are. When the tornado hit Portage, I had previously filled my prescription but could not pick it up until after it hit. They had no power but were willing to let me get my prescription. They accommodate you in every way. Will always choose them, even though I have moved out of Portage! The drive is worth it”
