“I worked at Walmart for @10 years and for most if that time, I used their pharmacy mostly out of convenience. My mother used Gull Pointe and raved about the service. I switched over @12 years ago, and they still amaze me. I have a great time interacting with the staff; they are friendly and fun to joke with. On my last trip Anthony, Brooke, Leah, Carlee, Jasmine, Moe, and Melissa did nit disappoint. I will continue to recommend your services and sing your praises while doing it. “I love the Rite Aid pharmacy! They are so helpful and really try to work with you. The moment you step up to the counter someone will stop whatever they're doing to immediately help you. I couldn't get the time of day from anyone at the Walgreens pharmacy, but the staff at this Rite Aid are the best. I've not had a single bad experience with them, and I have a lot of complicated prescriptions.”

“Well stocked, brightly lit and clean; people working here are pleasant and helpful. Near my home so very convenient; pharmacy hours are good. We use this store for our Rx and regular drug store needs, as well as the odd pint of ice cream or pantry staple. Great store.”

I had my prescription called in to the CVS on Michigan Ave and the pharmacist told me that he couldn’t fill my prescription and they were going to have to call the doctor in the morning. Then I asked him if I had two prescriptions and he told me there was only one. I called Moni at the Target and she said there were two prescriptions and that she could fill them both for me; it was close to closing time and she called me as soon as they were ready. I will never go to a different Kalamazoo CVS...this one has my business forever. Thank you!”
“As I slowly pulled up to the well lit, welcoming store, I thought about my past experiences at convenience stores. The hassle of walking inside, grabbing what you want and then checking out did not sound like something I wanted to do. As soon as I entered through the opaque sliding glass doors I knew this experience was going to be different. I quickly marched knee to chest, directly to aisle 3, the candy isle. I scrolled though the millions of trillions of candy options that they had and alas, grasped towards my favorite candy, the Hershey's Milk Chocolate bar. I especially liked that this option had exactly 130 calories, conveniently displayed on the packaging (Nice touch CVS!). I continued to stroll to the front counter where I laid eyes on the most welcoming and sincere worker I have ever seen, Renee. When I got to the counter Renee greeted me and asked me if I had a CVS card, it felt as if she was inviting me to one of the most exclusive clubs in all of Kalamazoo, unfortunately I didn't have a card. As I left the store I felt great knowing that I had made a difference in the world.”
“I went to purchase a video at Walmart and it was marked $19.98 and in the back the same video was marked $12.98. The cashier honored the price of $12.98 since it had been marked incorrectly. I knocked off one star because I had to walk all over store to find cashier in that department. Nice cashiers. Helpful and courteous”
