“Can we please have signs about the longer hoses that reach either side of the car. People wait and wait, making long lines, maybe they don't know about the hoses will reach the other side.”
“I have been going to Westlake Drug & Giftshop for several years. The staff are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Typically, when I get my prescriptions filled, I receive a call the same day indicating the prescriptions are ready for pickup. I have also encountered situations in which the pharmacists gladly assisted in reaching a resolution (usually having to do with insurance). They work hard to insure customer satisfaction and always have a smile to go with it! The pharmacists are knowledgeable, helpful, and often remember you by name. The level of customer service I have consistently received for many years, is simply unmatched. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the staff at the front of the store, and the hospitality continues until you get all your goodies. Thank you to all the staff at Westlake Drug, for the best experience I could ever ask for in a pharmacy!
As a side note, Westlake Drug & Giftshop has unique items within the giftshop that offer a nice touch to any household. To be a smaller giftshop, the variety is impressive, the products neatly placed throughout the giftshop, and there are clear paths to walk, without feeling cluttered. They also have hand dipped ice cream to grab on the way out, because let's be honest - who doesn't like ice cream? :)”

“I have always had a positive customer experience at this pharmacy. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, but “JK” deserves special recognition. Her compassion and caring are evident when she interacts with customers, plus she has a good sense of humor. I would describe the Woodbridge Pharmacy as being more like an old-fashioned neighborhood drugstore than a big chain pharmacy. You can see they have built relationships with their customers. They greet many by name and seem genuinely interested in their lives. I have witnessed them treat everyone equally well. They give all customers the time and attention they need. They are always willing to listen to questions and concerns regarding insurance issues and do what they can to help. Yes, they can get busy at times and sometimes you may have to wait a bit, but they will give YOU all the time you need when it’s your turn. Good pharmacy. Good people. Clean environment. “I’m so sad there is bad reviews as I just switched here from CVS and I am already so much happier. This pharmacy did in one day what took the other three MONTHS of my yelling and crying to get meds switched over from another pharmacy. (I only had to switch twice because of insurance changes). My first experience with this pharmacy was amazing and they went out of their way to get the meds and more importantly get them covered by our insurance. I literally almost cried again but happy tears this time. I have a large family on many meds and it was a huge relief to get what we needed so quickly. The lady’s that helped me have no idea just how grateful I am that I picked this pharmacy and that I was not treated horrible like at CVS.”
“This Walgreens is wonderful I came in for a prescription and the woman at the pharmacy counter was so helpful. Then I had trouble finding my probiotic and the pharmacist came out and helped me look. I got to the register and the cashier was so kind and welcoming he asked me about my job and was just happy to be there. The people working Monday evenings deserve a raise! They are wonderful!”
“As a retired dentist I understand what these good folks (Pharmacists and Techs), deal with for a vast amount of bureaucracy! Please try to be patient, we shops at this location, grocery and Pharmacy, and have for many years.
Good management by T.C. Peters, and he has tried to intervene for us on numerous occasions and truly cares!

“Megan and Alecia were able to help me today after another Walgreens on milham would not fulfill our prescription before they closed which was very disappointing considering my sister just got out of surgery and they had 40 minutes, so thank you for their help, very fast filled it in less than 20 min, and still have 15 minutes to spare before the others even closed!. ! “We recently moved here and were not used to having our CVS inside of a store, but rather a free standing store of their own so we were a bit skeptical but have used CVS for our Rx for many years so we gave it a try. This location is wonderful! The staff and polite, kind and helpful and our Rx comes in a timely manner. We are very pleased.”

“The Shaver & Centre St. Walgreens is always clean and organized and 99% of their employees are friendly and helpful. It's one of the nicer Walgreens in the Kalamazoo area.
The tobacco prices do seem higher than other retailers, especially lately so I did take off 1 star for that as I used to be able to purchase Maverick's for cheaper than other places and now they're one of the highest priced retailers for them ($9.15/pack) vs other retailers where I can still purchase 2 packs for $15-$16 depending on if they have the 50 cent off packs frequently available).”
