Just started going! Been twice a week for the past 3 weeks and just upped to going 3 times a week. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful as you learn the lingo and get to know how the classes work.

The people are kind and encouraging. The classes are difficult but meaningful. And they are less expensive than many other small group fitness classes. Having a fat body, I never feel judged or or singled out, and I consistently feel pushed appropriately.

Haven’t been to pure barre for several months (after going for years ) and really felt like I got a great workout in.
