“It had quality goods and most of the staff were quite friendly with the exception of cashier who was just a tad to overt. As an introvert I found her constant chatter and refusal to allow me a moment to process what she was telling me to be very off putting.
Edit: I just went back. Same quality goods and the staff were friendly without being overbearing. 10/10 would go back!”

I thought it was for young girls so I didn't bother going in but they have comfy hoodies,& nice joggers as well as shirts that my older age can wear. “I attended a fashion show last weekend where Chico's clothes were featured. All the outfits the models wore were wonderful and I wanted them all. I popped into the Crossroads store the following Monday and came out with an awesome polka dot top and red pants. The sales ladies are so fun to work with. I can definitely tell they love their job and believe in the Chico's brand.”
