“I had to return jeans I bought online to Old Navy. I had planned to exchange them but became quickly overwhelmed in the store. I asked for assistance twice but received very little help. I went to my car & felt like crying. I really wanted jeans that would fit my petite frame. I looked up & saw Maurices. I decided to give it a try. As soon as I walked in I was offered assistance. The lovely young lady, Kendall, stayed nearby for every question. She brought me other options as I was trying on the 1st three. She was kind and NOT pushy. She was helpful. The kind of helpful that only God sends your way. I found 3 pairs of pants that I love plus 2 tops I couldn't resist. This experience helped put my day back in alignment. I WILL be shopping here for ALL my clothing needs regardless of the hour long drive! It is rare that I go shopping & feel like I matter. Thank you Maurices for reminding me! ♥”

I popped into the Crossroads store the following Monday and came out with an awesome polka dot top and red pants. The sales ladies are so fun to work with. “It had quality goods and most of the staff were quite friendly with the exception of cashier who was just a tad to overt. As an introvert I found her constant chatter and refusal to allow me a moment to process what she was telling me to be very off putting.
Edit: I just went back. Same quality goods and the staff were friendly without being overbearing. 10/10 would go back!”
“I had an awesome experience. I don't Shop here but I finally did, & Amya,& Marie were Gr8! The ladies that work here are awesome customer service people. Very courteous & helpful. I like this store. I thought it was for young girls so I didn't bother going in but they have comfy hoodies,& nice joggers as well as shirts that my older age can wear.
