The Crossroads Mall in Portage offers a family-friendly shopping experience with a variety of stores, from major department stores and high-end brands to specialty shops. Visitors can enjoy exploring the shops and taking their little ones to the exciting play area, which features a 36-foot, double-decker carousel. While the mall has experienced some decline over the years, with fewer shops and restaurants than before, recent updates show signs of positive change. In July 2024, visitors noted that many stores are now open again, bringing more foot traffic and a lively atmosphere. This is a welcome improvement compared to previous years when many stores closed during the pandemic. The mall still has some familiar favorites, such as a pretzel place, and shops with good goods and services worth exploring. Staff at individual stores, like JCPenney, have been praised for their professionalism and patience during returns. Overall, The Crossroads Mall is gradually regaining its vibrancy and remains a decent place for shopping and family fun.
This mall is aesthetically nice however I noticed a lot of stores are starting to close up shop. I am concern for the future of this mall. The stores they do have for this place are still decent.

Went to lay jewelry and Victoria secret. Not many restaurants in the mall food court.

How sad that this mall is looking pretty sad. So many stores closed and the stores there now seem to carry the bare minimum. I won't be going back here.
