I could not ask for a better experience. Mark set me up with a lightly used Miele C1 classic with power head. To be able to support a local business, get a best in class machine, at half the price of brand new sealed the deal for a 5 star review. This thing puts any vacuum I have used in the past to shame.

Mark and Jacob are great! and easy to talk to and work with. Mark gave me a great deal on a used vacuum that I wanted. I recommend them! They fixed a problem with the used vacuum right away. So glad I found them!
