“A deer hit my car almost a month ago and dealing with the insurance was awful but once I got my car to Tri County things finally started to move along.
My car was still drivable but I had to replace my carseat and when the seatbelt twisted on me I took it here after being told I needed a body shop to help me with it. I just showed up and asked and Mike (I think) figured it out and fixed in just a few minutes. I was so glad this was the shop I'd be bringing it to for repairs.
My insurance decided my car was a total loss on a Thursday and they let me keep the loaner car a few days so I could get around while I went through the insane ordeal of insuring and getting a new car.
Carrie and Mike and everyone else whose names I didn't get were so awesome I brought a dozen donuts with me when I dropped off the loaner car.

This was my first experience with filing a claim or having body damage to my car and the only people that didn't make my life harder over it were the people at this shop and the dealership I got my car from.
Everything else was just a nightmare.
