Mitchell did an amazing job today. There were multiple people in the store while he was by himself he was helping at least 3 people at one time at one point. He did an amazing job dealing with disrespectful customers as well.

I had excellent experience with Mitchell, he was very kind and knowledgeable, he was very patient with me cause I am not very experienced with these phones, I would highly recommend Mitchell excellent beyond words, Your company should be very proud of Mitchell and all he did. Mitchell was very helpful with the additional items I needed!

Long wait times. Expect to be in the store for at least an hour and a half even if you are just picking up a single item.
Not an actual Verizon store. They are a third party company. They have to call Verizon support to solve issues. They do not have pick up lockers for ordered items.

Went to the Verizon store in Portland to reduce my bill and combine my plan with my husbands. Mitchell was awesome in helping us!! He is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! I would definitely recommend anyone to him and his stellar customer service!!! šš

Waited in line to be helped for 2 hours with my two small children (8 months and 3 years). The attendant helped two people in line after me because what they needed āwas easierā and ācould be taken care of quickly.ā It was not quicker than helping me after all. I couldnāt even return the internet modem after two different customer service representatives from Verizon told me thatās what I had to do when I spoke with them on the phone a week earlier.

Mitchell, was very patient , and had excellent knowledge of our account. He was able to clarify our concerns pertaining to the account. Overall I would say he is a great asset to verizon due to his knowledge of materials and his ability to relate to his customers. I would recommend people i know to talk to him if they were considering phone services. Thank you.

Charged screen protector and lens protector to my total without asking for them specifically. Then lied and said I got a discount and only paid $10 for lens protector but the receipt does not reflect that and I paid 41.99 for lens protector and 66.99 for liquid lens protector which only cost $25 online. Manger said nothing they can do.
