The salesman's are uneducated about the products the sell. They will say anything (true or not) to get the sale. They hide fees and if anything goes wrong they will put all blame on you and not try to help fix the situation they caused. It's sad no customer service.

Almost had a positive experience with Gabriel and Victra! Original service was amazing -- but he left out some important contract details that have ended up causing me nothing but stress, confusion, and hidden fees.I purchased a Samsung Ultra 23 on December 28, 2023 with the contracted promise of taking my iPhone in return. I sat there in store for 2 hours for set-up. He took my iPhone, was messing around with it, joking with me about me not having my iCloud password. I mentioned many, many times that I haven't had access to the Cloud in over 10 years. He tried to help me log onto the Cloud without success. We couldn't even get my photos to transfer to the new Samsung. He allowed me 30 days to get my photos and information switched over. I was told to make sure to bring the phone in prior to the 30 day mark, and I would be all set!After getting what I needed to get transferred to the new Samsung, I brought the phone back to this store on Jan 21. I had a different salesman tell me I would not be able to trade this phone in until I had access to the Cloud to wipe the Find My Phone clear. He suggested I call Verizon Corporate or Apple to do this. I told him that I would have done all of this a lot sooner OR opted to NOT PURCHASE THE NEW PHONE if Gabriel had been upfront about this situation (after all, he had been messing with my phone personally for 2-2.5 hours and had been privy to my situation).I got on the call with Verizon Corporate and had a very poor experience with their customer service line. I couldn't tell if I was speaking with AI or someone with a very thick foreign accent. I couldn't understand anything, so I then opted to text. Whoever was texting back with me also had very poor, broken communication and sent me in a hundred circles. They wanted the trade-in ID (which Gabriel never gave me) and they wanted to see the email confirmation (which Victra never sent to me). Finally, after hours of this, I decided to head back into the Victra store for assistance.On Jan 26, I was told it was my fault they couldn't accept the trade it. I am either going to be out $800 because of their misinformation and them breaking of the contract OR I can give them the Ultra back and pay a $50 restocking fee. I will update this review after speaking with Verizon Corporate one more time. If Verizon/Victra cannot honor their contract because of the Cloud, I expect them to cover the restocking fee of this new phone. I will not be doing business with either company moving forward and have learned a valuable lesson to not believe or trust what a salesman will tell you. I have accepted my end of a bad deal, but because we live in corporate America, nobody is upholding the company to those standards. The company was allowed to tell me that I am in the wrong-how am I supposed to know what they need for the trade-in if their salesmen don't tell me what they need? He had all of my information, and I only had part of his information. I am very upset by the breech in contract and I will not be entering another one with this company. Buyer beware that by choosing to do business with this company, they WILL NOT right their salespeople's misinformation. You will be another causality because corporations have all the power in this country.They always have a reason why it's the customer's fault. I know there will be a nice little "I'm sorry you've had this experience" message once this review is posted, but hopefully this review stops others from losing out on money and doing business with corporations who will take as much money from the little man as possible - even when we have followed their rules.

What a joke we waited for 20 mins to be helped n as soon as he started to help us a girl walked in n he just started helping her n left us sitting here. That was 45 mins ago. We are about to just say screw it n leave we def won't be back
