“6-22-25 We visited for an anniversary celebration, food was served hot and quickly, we had appetizers first with drinks. There was a group of 7 none of us drink alcohol. Everyone enjoyed their meals but the two who ordered the walleye, each said there was no flavor to the fish and very little with the rest of the entree. However, we had asked for refills of our drinks and were told there would be a charge. We were dumbstruck and only drank water. While most of our meals were good, service was great and the restaurant is very nice. The bill for 7 people and appetizers was not cheap and my brother is a good tipper, I couldn't believe the restaurant wouldn't give free refills of our fountain coke, ice tea and lemonaid, I was astonished. All in all, we enjoyed the anniversary celebration just wouldn't suggest the lobster stuffed walleye entree.”
“What a great campground! Lots of big trees for shade. Restrooms & showers are clean. Bonnie was a wonderful & helpful camp host. Price is right too. Have paid morefor a lot less. One suggestion would to put a trash container in the camping area.”
“Great place to rent for a wedding or other event. This old lady sits alongside the Grand River and has a relaxing paved river trail to enjoy. Nestled in downtown Grand Ledge where it has been restored to a historic flavor.”
“My daughter and I stayed here overnight and it was exactly what we needed. The whole place was very charming, and the staff was extremely kind.
Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. It’s located close enough to the expressways and downtown without actually being downtown (which I liked)
We ate at the restaurant inside and dinner was amazing, with many gluten-free/vegetarian options. The free breakfast buffet was also really good.
I would highly recommend them!”
