“Danyell went above and beyond after I called about a package having been updated as “return to sender”. She looked for the package and couldn’t find it but later took the initiative when she saw the package come back in to remember my call and put the package in a “ready for pick up” status hoping I’d see the update (which I did). Appreciate the above and beyond service!!!!”

“They all do a great job!! Working with the public can be brutal and it takes A LOT of patience for those in front desk positions. They are crammed into a small, outdated workplace, elbow to elbow, and yet you can tell they work well together. They have helped me on numerous occasions over 30 yrs and never complained.They have looked further for answers to my issues without being asked to and remembered to tell me the next time I went in which was a nice surprise.
No complaints! Only lots of appreciation!”
