“Bought my 2004 Ford F150 Lariat in August of 2021. Have been nothing but satisfied with the entire deal. The owner John is as trustworthy as they come. Had to have the truck worked on this Fall (ok with 185,000 miles on the truck anyone has to expect work needing to be done) and John was quick and attentive. The cost of the work was so much less than I had expected it to be. Won't go anywhere else to have my truck worked on. John also gave me a great deal on a new set of tires. You should make sure to buy and have your vehicles worked on at this place. And I am as about car repair illiterate as they come. Never felt like I was taken advantage of because of my ignorance. Go see this guy - you won't regret it!”

“I had the pleasure to have the folks at Arcand's service Center work on my car. I went to see them if they would mount four new tires and check my brakes as I had been told a local dealership that ilI to have the rear brakes re placed. The dealership gave me an estimate of $570.
00 which I thought was a bit much. My brakes were checked, long story short. I do not need the brake job,at least for not for a couple years. The price that Arcan's quoted was $600.00for both front and rear. I will say that the Crew at Arcan's Service Center are honest; they could have done the work and not said a work about not needing the brakes changed and I would have paid. This a business with integrity.
I will be returning again.”

They did a great job, and the service was top notch.They even cleaned the floor mats and had my vehicle running and ready to go when I picked it up. It's a good sign when the small things are done excellently!”

“I most definitely enjoy both of my experiences at the store! The staff is wonderful at both places they are there to help but they don't hound you! They also will go above and beyond over their way to make sure that your services are met! I highly recommend it! They also have supplies and materials for painting vehicles, you can cut measure your own difference size air hoses and anything else that a do-it-yourselfer can get and not just do it yourself for the professionals as well! Also if you go in there you donate a dollar and get a NAPA hat and it helps the veterans! Definitely do so if you can!”

“I don’t often leave reviews but it’s nice to find a private collision repair shop that takes pride in their work! Brought in my truck for an insurance claim and also had some work work done that was not part of the claim. My truck was rough because it’s in the woods a lot and very scratched. They buffed everything that wasn’t painted because it looked so bad once the other half of the truck was painted. I used to be a painter and have worked for a well known dealership in wi I know that they go above and beyond here and will be returning! Thanks for the great service!”

“I recently hit a deer and unfortunately did a lot of damage to my vehicle. I am very pleased with the work that was done to my car after the amount of damage that was done. The body work/mechanics were done to my standards...which is running like nothing happened and looks like new! I couldn't be more satisfied. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. She was able to do several things for me to help and was very knowledgeable. She kept me updated throughout the process and my vehicle was done well before the anticipated date. My car was returned to me fully detailed, and they did a wonderful job on that, too! I would definitely recommend them based off of my experience!”
“Went in for my tire appointment and was told my tires were not ready and that I needed to come back. I was frustrated because I had prepaid for the tires and had called the day before to confirm that they would be ready. After I left they found my tires and they had been there the whole time. However, they called and let me know they made a mistake and that they were sorry. They then offered to waive my lifetime balance and tire disposal fee. I am so grateful that they were willing to make this up to me. They have a customer for life.Service: Tires”
