“We arrived at our cottage on a Friday afternoon/evening to find it completely cold. After hours, I called Scotland Oil’s main number and quickly got a call back from their dispatcher. Even though they were closed for the weekend, they sent a truck out in short order. Chuck arrived, filled the tank, and even helped me relight the pilot light. He was pleasant, professional, and had a great attitude—something you really appreciate when your house is freezing!

Come Monday, it turned out there had been an order mix-up. Scotland Oil owned the issue completely and didn’t charge me any extra fees—only for what I actually needed. They were helpful, friendly, and efficient throughout the whole experience. Truly excellent customer service!
