“I was perplexed with low flame on my gas grill. After trying several things I took the regulator/hose assembly and spoke with Mark about my issue. He explained that it was probably the connector assembly to the tank that was the problem. After testing it, finding out that was the issue, and changing out the faulty part, he only charged me for the part. I was impressed with such helpful and efficient service. Thanks Mark!”
