“We met Hector at American Auto Works through friends of our family. We were looking for a used car for a to and from work car. He had what we were looking for to pay cash. He went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what we were wanting and needed. He let us test drive it several times and if there were any issues he made sure that the issues were fixed and addressed. If it was complicated he saw it through until it was completely correct and solved. He also gave us a 1 year warranty on the transmission. He communicated great and had our best interest. There was trust and honesty which is what is needed for a loyal customer and business relationship. Loyalty is 10 times more payback in the long game. Trust, consistency, and a deeper relationship. It's built brick by brick.”

“I really liked the process at Grand Pointe Automotive. My truck needed a thermostat replaced. Grand Pointe did a full evaluation of everything maintenance/repair wise my truck needed and sent that info in a text message for me to approve or deny the services recommended. It took them about 1 week to complete the repairs. They did provide a loaner vehicle which was really nice! Probably not the cheapest in town, but 900 dollars cheaper than AL Serra GMC on the thermostat alone. I would definitely recommend Grand Pointe to anyone looking for reliable car repair.”

“Called Roy’s at 8:20am inquiring if I could bring my flat tire in right now to be plugged, Roy said yes bring right in, I drive up there, he took the flat out of the back of my car, they plugged it and put it back on my car, AND Roy put the doughnut and Jack securely back in the tire well without being asked! The price was extremely reasonable too! Being new in the area I had no idea where to go, and was weary of being over charged because I am a women, I can say without a doubt I will go to Roy’s Garage before I go anywhere for my future car needs. “I was beyond happy with the job All Area Moving did for me! The mover I usually use wasn't getting back to me and I was in a time crunch. Ashley called me back in a timely fashion and, lucky for me, could fit me in their schedule. Tensley and Chase showed up on time and had the truck loaded in no time at all! They were equally efficient at the unloading/setup end of the move! They both were careful with our belongings which is always appreciated! On top of being good at their job, these young men were friendly and kind!!! I would not hesitate to trust a futures move to All Area Moving!!
