Their attention to detail is above and beyond and they make sure you are not just merely satisficed with the work, you are actually happy about it. They will not call the job complete until this happens. There are few body shops anymore that even come close to the attention and dedicated work you will receive from this crew. I can not recommend them enough, and hardly, if ever, recommend anyone for anything. If you are considering them for an automotive job you need performed, just do it, they will not let you down!”

“I love the free use of the powerfull new vacuums. Wish patrons respected the property more, and didn't just toss trash on lot when 'cleaning' their cars. I will continue to be a patron here, even though the competition has moved in down the street. I wish the counter folks looked busier instead of looking at their phones while going past the windows (often dirty) in the car wash. While I realize that trying to keep the building and site clean must be a relatively constant chore, I rarely see employees actually performing these tasks. As a business owner myself, this would drive me crazy. Been a patron at B&K's Gull Road since the day it opened. Thanks for listening!”
“It's a decent car wash. I have the unlimited washes and pay monthly. Convenient that there are multiple locations. Annoying that the scanner to open the gate only works about half the time.”
“It's good for a touchless wash. And after 7 pm, it has a few bucks discount. But the dryer is not strong enough and it stayed mostly wet. Also, the back of the car always has some soap left (multiple times).”

“In a day where automatic car washes are taking over it is nice to have a good ole fashion do it yourself wash. It can be pretty busy here which is always a good sign however can come with some downfalls.First there can be a good wait depending on the day. Not much you can do about that and only shows what people want. So in a way that's good news.However the day that I went in my particular stall a couple of the options were not working which was kinda a bummer. But I worked around it and got my car clean.I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get your car clean the way you want it clean not how the machine does it. I'll keep coming back every week.”

“We went to bathe our newly adopted dog. The first round was $15 for 10 minutes, I believe. Then, to extend the time, I think you get 15 minutes for $15. It was sort of mind blowing that it cost us $30 to wash a dog, but it was a nice room with a nice raised shower, and it offers warm water, shampoo with deodorizer, flea & tick shampoo, an apron, a collar that attaches to the shower wall, a blow dryer and more. We were grateful we had the dog wash as an option, for his first bath, at least.”
