“brown and brown cleaned my car to the utmost highest level of cleanliness. after a night out and a couple riblet platters what I thought was impossible stains to get out. brown and brown went above and beyond i wouldn't be surprised if the white house hasn't approached them yet to clean the oval office.”

Quick service, hardly a line usually. One time, on a sunny Saturday afternoon, after months of snow, the line was long but moved fault quickly.”
“The wash is good enough, especially since there aren’t many touchless options in the area. However, it’s rather unreliable. I’ve come three times in two months and each time at least one of the bays was closed. Today when I went one bay was closed, the other was “undergoing maintenance.” So it’s a bit of a gamble whether you can actually get a wash.
Update: I did reach out and let them know directly about these issues. They responded and provided clarity on what was happening with bays being closed, which I really appreciated.”
“Needed to clean my vehicle before trading it in because it had bird droppings road grime and fingerprints all over it The wash gave it a much fresher appearance and probably helped make a better first impression at the dealership. For the cost, I felt like it was money well spent”

“Practically empty when I pulled up they have 3 bays, $70 for a reefer W/O. Guy was thorough and I was out in 15mins. Paid cash and it looks like they take debit/credit.”

“I mainly use Bob & Kay's for the car wash, for which I have a monthly pass. There are some items in the store I buy, like 20oz of RC cola, one of the few places that have them, & Faygo Cola as well. It's easy to find the other flavors of Faygo in the 20-28oz size at other stores, but not the Cola. I have no brand loyalty when it comes to colas, I've got to keep changing it up.”

“Hit & miss. Hours and selection could be better. The inside is in need of a facelift but that could be said about all gas stations built in the 90's. In the interest of being fair most of the time I don't go in to gas stations unless I need something on my way to or from work.”

Provide a good product although I don't agree with holding money but that's between me and me.So besides that always clean and then I run to this day and whoever has in your truck, just dump it there not the owner in any responsibility at all for this , it's ever been to catch on videotape is what I believe”
“Car Wash is super clean and has tons of pop bottles in the trash for me to take back at the store.. unfortunately not enough people like to throw away their pop bottles so I have to take old receipts and scan them on my receipt scanner, however there are plenty of receipts that people like to throw away.. so I've never run dry on those rewards.
