I've used Create Space for residential and commercial work I've had. The customer service is great and the containers are new and very clean. As a bonus the pickup and drop off was painless and they can maneuver the containers into position for easy access and loading... thanks guys!

This family own business, really is helpful and responsive. They answer the phone and if not they get right back with you. I have used their storage facility and the portable box and the experience was great.
