“I called today because the autopay card on my account was not used again for the 3rd time causing my payment to be late. For the last three mi that I put my card info in, indicated that I wanted this card to be used and the online system didnt update it. I called SpareBox and Francine listened to my issue, turned off the recording to take my card number and update my account so in the future, the correct card could be used. Francine was friendly, quick, made sure my card number info was not recorded; and successfully updated the system. Thanks again Francine!”
“Simple and easy.
I don't know if it has changed since the other reviews on this page, but your gate code and unit number are provided to you via email and in a document on the website. I did not need to contact anyone about it and I had no trouble getting to the unit.”

“Highly recommend! Moving from South Bend, IN to the East Side of MI could have been stressful with moving trucks and additional storage units, but Create Space Storage made it incredibly easy. Their communication was great from start to finish, and their prices were by far the best we found. Excellent service—we will definitely use them again in the future!”
