“I do not live close to this post office but it was open today (Saturday) between 10-12 so it fit into my visit to Kalamazoo from Battle Creek. The clerk, Melody, was extremely pleasant and helpful and I was in and out in a matter of about 2 minutes, having a package to mail. Parking is convenient and there appeared to be enough spots for the busy times.”

I understand that people might be frustrated when it’s busy, whether that’s the customers or the staff. I honestly can say that for all businesses and our own jobs for that matter. “This was my first time using this location. I found the staff to be pleasant and smiling when I came in. I was waiting in line when someone noticed me and assisted me quickly. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure my letter was proper before mailing. I was on my lunch break and I was in and out within 8 minutes. I felt my experience was worth a 5 star rating.”
