Nick has very poor planning in the Verizon store. My fiance and I were the first ones there and then two more couples walked in. We had to call Verizon help line to figure out stuff before he could help us. Once we were done we sat there for 2 1/2 hours because he decided to help three more costumers before us, even though he saw us sitting there waiting to be called on. When he starts to talk about things unrelated to Verizon he stops working and chats for too long. He also made a comment to my fiance saying and I quote “oh if I feel like a customer is going to complain or just looks b***** I will make them wait for as long as they have to until they leave so I don’t have to deal with them”. What poor customer service. Also, he kept referring to a different phone and brand saying that people should buy those ones instead because he makes more money on those ones. Very rude and disrespectful

This experience switching providers, 2 new phone and internet was a incredible experience. I believe because of the young man who helped us out! Nicolas is an example how all employees should interact with the public! You just don't get service like this anymore, anywhere! Highly recommended!

Worked there for a couple months.... the job I have now I get paid more with 70 hours worked in 2 weeks than I ever did with 80 hours and commission in 2 weeks there. I'm considering hiring a lawyer to look into it.

One gentleman seemed in charge and competent. Wasn't fortunate enough to deal with him. The other two shouldn't be the face of any business. I didn't get names, i did not care. I approached one with a simple question that could have been resolved with basic troubleshooting. I did this to gauge their honesty and helpfulness knowing full well I could fix my daughters phone myself. What I was given was "yea it's toast if that's all it does"... zero effort, zero ability. This store is run by clowns and it's a disgrace to a name and a business I've only had positive experience with at other locations.

If I could give this store zero stars I would, first off let me start by saying Nick should not be working this position especially because he stated he couldn't help me (a paying customer) because he was "missing his holiday parties to help us people" I'm sorry you signed up for this job?? He was very rude and unprofessional and told me I was entitled? No I'm just a paying customer trying to get a new device? He told me he couldn't help me because he needed to do his closing duties even though the store was open till a certain time and usually closing duties are done AFTER the store is closed.... Nick was very rude and really should look for a 9-5 since working at Verizon with their hours obviously doesn't work for his "parties" schedule....

I was new to Verizon which meant I had a brand new phone. I was told buy a customer representative on the phone to go into ANY Verizon store and I could purchase a case for my phone. When I went in the employee proceeded to tell me my phone was not brand new and they don't carry cases in their stores for any Androids. He also informed me that I might as well get an iPhone..... Then very nicely I asked him where I could buy a case for my new Android he told me he didn't know and maybe go Google it

I will NEVER go back to that store again they charge you an activation fee and upgrade fee in store which sounds normal but what they don’t tell you is no matter what that 35 dollar fee 1 for upgrade and 1 for activation so 70 total is on your Verizon no matter what. They double dip and mislead you so they can make more money off of the customers. Anyone reading this please don’t ever go to a authorized dealer go to a corporate store they are shady especially Richmond mi

I came into the store because Store Manager Troy said they had the new iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB in stock ready for purchase. I did in fact purchase the new iPhone and even upgraded my old iPad to a newer 9th generation. The iPad was not in stock but would be shipped to the store within two days. It was upon checking out with the new iPhone that I was hit with a $30 "set up" fee in addition to the $35 new device activation fee. I also purchased a new USB-C brick and MagSafe charging puck along with a screen protector and phone case. All items were grossly overpriced as I found out later that day after leaving the store. I also realized that the incorrect screen protector was installed. The new iPad was shipped to the store, however store personnel failed to let me know the iPad had in fact come in and was ready for pick up. Because I had the tracking information available to me, I saw when the iPad was received at the store. I took the initiative to call the store and verify that it was there and ready for pickup. Troy was not even aware it was in the store safe waiting for me to come and get it. When I did show up at the store to pick up my new iPad, I pointed out that the wrong screen protector was installed on my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I requested a refund for the incorrectly installed screen protector because I had purchased a less expensive and Apple endorsed screen protector. Troy said he would not accommodate my request, but instead installed an inferior quality screen protector to replaced the originally incorrectly installed screen protector. I was asked if I wanted any accessories for my new iPad, which I declined because of the poor experience I had with the new iPhone debacle, to which I replied, no. Upon check out I was told I needed to pay the sales tax on the new iPad and again a "set up" fee of $15. I said that I would not need any help setting up the iPad, to which Troy replied that this fee was non-negotiable. Upon reviewing the receipt, the actual cost was $19.99!This store is nothing more than a rip-off joint!! Shame on me for not pay attention to the age old adage, "buyer beware." Should you decide to buy from this store, make sure you are made aware of the actual (real) prices and avoid all hidden costs. I will never patronize them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to buy from them. It was a very unpleasant experience that I would not wish on anyone else!!
