Over the years I have really appreciated my experience with the services, products and most importantly the personnel at the Rochester Hills branch of Genisys Credit union. Among the personnel I've dealt with there, Mrs. Jamil always make me feel that my business and presence is valued. She always goes the extra effort to meet my needs.

The staff is absolutely amazing at this location. Amazing ! The reason for the 3 stars is it’s been well over a year of this location having ATM issues. This Is the main location in this area, so it is a pretty big inconvenience to have their ATM out this often.

After having three Rochester Hills, MI Genisys employees over a three year time period who could not transfer my cashed US bonds to another credit union. They said I didn't have that account, they even called that credit union, one year there were two people trying to find my account that they said wasn't there. . After at least a half hour each time of telling me I didn't have an account (even though I brought that credit union statement with me) I had them print a check and I had to go to that credit union to deposit.
Then a miracle happened! I have four accounts that I keep renewing. I was lucky enough to get Nibras Jamil to work with me. Not only did she renew my accounts, she made suggestions to make better use of those accounts. Yesterday, she cashed my US bonds and I asked her if she could transfer to another credit union. A miracle happened! She did it with no effort at all. For the last two years whenever I go to Genisys Rochester Hills, I wait until Nibras Jamil is available. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, accurate and much quicker.

I’m currently dealing with a physical disability that limits the amount of walking and standing I can do. I needed to have a new card printed which they can’t do in the drive thru. I called to see if there was any possibility of accommodating my needs, and the staff was so polite and went above and beyond to help me out. I so appreciate their service and understanding.

ATM deposit never ever works . So frustrating it’s been months of going there to deposit and the function is always broken

Our experience working with Anna Stanko at the 1611 Rochester Rd location reminded me of why I love being a member of Genisys Credit union. We would never receive the personal attention we got at Genisys Credit Union from a bank. They treat you like family —only better. I can’t say enough about Anna Stanko— she is professional, knowledgeable and so kind!!
