The counter employees were professional and as quick as they were able. The car, unfortunately, had a smell, was noteably dirty, and had sticky console buttons. It also had a broken wiper fluid pump motor. Took me some work to get the car suitable. This absolutely should've been addressed before giving the car to a customer.
