“Wrote them for a major concern i had and never got a reply or call back . Last choice moving forward. Hi Avis!! And Yep still nothing ! NEWS flash!! 3 months later I got an email and they returned half of what I left behind in a rental car. New in the box was not returned but what meant most to me was returned. I normally have all my stuff in some kind of backpack or luggage. Lesson learned. Still some good out there..”

It's already been a stressful period due to a bad family car accident, then needing to rent a vehicle under a total loss situation.
The staff at Enterprise, with particular praise for McKenna, we're super helpful from the get go.

“What they lack in inventory, they make up for customer service. I can’t even hold the inventory issue against them, as it seems at the time I was trying to rent that no rental car agency had inventory.
I watched as Keegan went above and beyond for not just me, but every customer that came in. He used every resource at his disposal to give the most people the best possible outcome. He delivered 5-star customer service while being pulled in a hundred directions by agitated customers. Admittedly, I was one of the distressed customers, but he really made things right.
Honorable mention to the folks at the Troy location for bringing over a car to this location to help their colleagues and customers out.
I do have beef with Enterprise corporate because they are leaving their agents to deal with inventories online not matching what the branches have on the lot at all.
Will I rent from Enterprise again? I’m not necessarily sure, but if I do again, it will be due to the customer service provided by the agents at our local branches and NOT Enterprise corporate.”

“Had to add a driver, picked up a vehical at another location ((hall rd)) worker was snippy and rude, and rude- some locations require each driver to notvonly have their ID but a. Credit/debit card-((not even to cover extra driver cost, just to have it on file apparently)). They easily added a driver were friendly and helpful, would use this location again.”

“Service was great very happy shea is the bomb. Following 6 days later got a rental car last week thru the uber program before this is dealt with hertz i spent like 30.000 in last 2.5 years with hertz i have to say I picked up a car last week it had grinding brakes then they gave me another back brake light out bad tire headlight had a shortage then I took it to belle tire wherr they called for approval but was told no I had to return it and so I contacted the local office where I picked it up and was told no cars are avail and my payment was due today weds at noon and at 11.08 I get a voice mail saying the card didn't go thru the rental is terminated and il be charged daily now what kind of business are you running .”
