“I came to this Enterprise because I was getting my car fixed nearby at Serra Collision, and it was provided to me by my insurance. I came on the 9th of February. Peter helped me. He went over everything and explained all the additional protection plans. We went over two cars. I ended up choosing the 2021 Toyota C-HR. Mary contacted me by text (to check up on me and provide assistance if I needed some).Today is the 16th of February (only been a week). Serra Collision called me and told me that my car was ready to be picked up. I'm saddened that I had to return my awesome rental (my sister loves the heated seats and steering wheel combo). I didn't get to ask the gentleman who helped me this time for his name. Marty drove me to Serra Collison, and I was able to collect my car. I definitely will recommend it to friends and family (whenever we need a rental and from this location)!”

“I was recently involved in an accident in November, in which my vehicle has been in the shop since then, and I discovered this location on 14 Mile Rd and VanDyke in Warren, MI. I have to admit it's been the best service I've ever received. The service from Tristian, Bill, and their manager has spoken volumes, I could not thank them more and this Enterprise location for making me feel comfortable after an accident. I have rented 4 cars from them, and the customer service is absolutely amazing every time! I work for a high-volume mortgage company in downtown Detroit, in which I believe the client always comes first, and these 3 have gone out of their way to prove my point that clients do always come first! Even with other customers that I've noticed while I've been in the location, I've noticed that the customer service they provide to everyone is amazing. They've gone out of their way to prove this to me, and a perfect example of helping every client, every time! And in turn, the great customer service they provide reaches further than just myself. With me being able to arrive at work with the cars I've rented from them, that not only assists myself, but it assures that I can help to make sure that the clients of company I work for receive a great experience as well, and that speaks volumes, I highly recommend this location, it is always an amazing experience and I will continue to recommend this location, Tristian, Bill, and their manager to anyone!”

“AMAZING customer service!! My car was totaled and my experience began when Mia answered the phone. When I walked in the door i was greeted by Morgan and she got me set up and out the door quickly. I had the rental for 3 weeks and was greeted by Mia to check out upon my return. In a day where customer service doesn’t exist, these ladies were incredible and made me feel like a valued customer! “Update: When picking up my car I mentioned my dissatisfaction of what took place and Ben did everything that he could to make it right. He called around to other Enterprises looking for something comparable but they were already taken. He ended up discounting my reservation and said we could always try back to those places over the weekend to swap out. However, we would already be on our way and that just wouldn't work. I appreciate Ben trying to make it right which is why I'm changing how many stars I'm giving. He was very professional, very polite understanding and I just found that to be exceptional customer service and refreshing since it's so hard to find great customer service anymore. Thank you, Ben! If more companies had employees that represented their place of employment, the way that Ben represented Enterprise, there would be happier customers. I still believe Enterprise should not be advertising something that they really do not carry and if they're going to be out of what they do, have to update their records as soon as possible. This was a special occasion and we wanted something nice.I booked a vehicle several weeks ago. A premium full size Infinity QX80 or something comparable only for this company to call me today at 1:50 pm, 25 hours before all of my family is here that they don't have that vehicle and they don't carry them but they have a Lincoln Nautilus that's comparable. They closed at 5:00. Not knowing that it wasn't comparable and also in the middle of my work day I said that would be fine. It wasn't until later when I was able to get online and check I realized the vehicles are not comparable. The Nautilus only seats five. What am I going to do now? They didn't even offer a discount.”

The Manager of Avis, saw how stressed she was, and took care of everything, she was so kind and understanding and wonderful, she made the process pain free, got us everything that we needed. “Thank you Birmingham location. Our business has been in search of a new rental company for a few years now. Chanelle and Shannon were really easy to work with. Chanelle helped me get roughly a dozen reservations set up and Shannon was there to distribute the vehicles the other day, and help me get them returned. And even though I was a little late getting the cars back, Shannon was very helpful and waited for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Will continue to come back here. Great staff.”

“I'm so pleased with the customer service at this location. The owner (Mr. Awad Noor) and the employees I met (Masuk and Rose) were exceptional: friendly, helpful, kind. I can't thank Masuk enough for his quick and cheerful response to some problems I had with my rental. On day one, I drove the car 7 miles home and parked it in the garage. The next evening, when I went to use the car again, I was shocked to find the car had developed a hairline crack across 3/4ths of the front window. This happened during the very hot days in July, and it was attributed to heat stress. I was worried I'd have problems swapping the car. Instead, Mr. Awad and Masuk quickly switched me into another car, no problem at all. However, I noticed the low oil indicator light was on. A few days later I checked and sure enough, the oil dip stick read way below "Add". Oil was almost dry. I went back, and Masuk personally took me next door to Uncle Ed's for an oil change.My five star review is based on the very kind and attentive service I got. That goes a long way in my book. But... they definitely have room for improvement. There are many complaints about cars being dirty at this location, and yes, that was the case for the replacement vehicle. It was a very used Subaru Outback with lots of scrapes and miles, and a dirty trunk as well. When I returned for the oil change, I asked for a car wash. Masuk gladly did that with a hose out back. I concluded this location doesn't have the staff and equipment to thoroughly clean like they should. It wasn't a deal breaker for me, but... I agree with others, they could do a lot better in this. Also, the first car I got had less than a half tank of gas! I took a photo of the gauge, and returned to the office where they quickly adjusted my contract. This sort of thing should never happen. Clearly, vehicles are being put into service without cleaning and gas fill. But, I have rented here before and will continue. Masuk and Mr. Anwar are tops.”
